On many Sundays during the warmer months (we like to hope) we dive around the south coast on our own 5m RIB.
Popular sites include Littlehampton, Portland and Swanage.
We also occasionally use Leybourne Lake in Kent or Stoney Cove in Leicestershire for training.

Members of the club have been diving in the Red Sea, Cornwall and the South Coast during the last year. Similar is being planned.
Manatee Diving Club is not a Teckie club (if you know what this is) though most are Nitrox Divers. We do a good amount of wreck diving as well as reef. Most members are at Club Diver level and the average dive of most members is within the 30m range in the UK though we do go deeper if it's worth the trip :-)
How much does it cost to go diving?
When members take the boat diving in the U.K. the costs are divided between all of those diving. This covers the tow vehicle, fuel used by the boat and any launch costs. This is typically about £20 for two dives in a day.
The club has it's own compressor to fill cylinders and we charge £2 per fill, to cover servicing and filters.
The cost of diving off a hard boat varies greatly but as a guide two dives would £70 -80
As for diving trips,
The Cornwall trip cost £180 for accommodation, food and diving
For overseas, as you might guess, the sky is the limit for both great diving and cost.
